Yes, your kids are allowed to act like kids.

You do not need everyone perfectly behaved, perfectly posed, and smiling directly at me for an hour. Some of my favorite photographs happen somewhere between the planned ones — cuddling, chasing, belly laughing, snack bribery and whatever chaos your particular crew brings with them.
